Something not right with your order? We'll try to make it right.
We cannot accept returns of our ice cream: all sales are final. If you received the wrong flavor or the quality isn't up to our standards, please contact us and we can either refund your purchase or deliver a replacement.

We have independent contractors who deliver our ice cream to your door. We aim to deliver your orders within the time frame that you select. Your driver will contact you when they are the way to drop off your order and their number will also be provided in the text sent to you. If for some reason you can't get ahold of your driver please call 667-272-0988 ext 3.
Your case of ice cream is delivered frozen from our Baltimore-based factory. We insure this by packing each case of ice cream into freezer bags that hold multiple ice packs which are at -20 degress.
You must be available to receive the ice cream when it is delivered to ensure it can be put into a freezer as quickly as possible. Thank you!
